The battery cooling device comprises: an upper plate (100) having a mounting part (111) formed on a bottom part (110) to mount a heating part on an upper surface thereof; a lower plate (200) having a cooling water flow path part (210) divided by an embossed part (230) embossed toward the upper plate; and the mounting part embossed upward from the bottom part to form an engraved space into which the embossed part is inserted.
