Disclosed is a road marker system in a school zone, which comprises: a bollard (110) including a fixing plate (111) installed on a support surface by facing both side surfaces of both entrance sides of a crosswalk with no traffic light within a school zone, a bollard main body (112) erected from the fixing plate (111), an infrared sensor (113) formed on an upper end of the bollard main body (112) and detecting an object passing through the crosswalk, and a control module (114) generating and transmitting a blinking signal in accordance with a signal detected by the infrared sensor (113); first road markers (120) crossing the crosswalk, embedded in both lines at a certain distance from each other, and blinking; and a control unit (130) integrating and receiving the blinking signals transmitted from the control module (114), and linking and controlling the first road markers (120). The bollard (110) is respectively arranged on both ends and both side surfaces of the crosswalk. The control unit (130) respectively blinks the first road markers (120) on the relevant line for a certain period of time, successively blinks the first road markers (120) in accordance with the single moving direction of the object, and successively blinks the first line and the second line in the opposite directions to each other in the two-way moving directions, thereby notifying the information to the driver in advance and preventing traffic accidents.

    본 발명은, 어린이보호 구역 내 신호등이 없는 횡단보도의 좌우 진입측의 양측면에 대향하여 지지면에 설치되는 고정판(111)과, 고정판(111)으로부터 직립 형성된 볼라드 본체(112)와, 볼라드 본체(112)의 상단에 형성되어 횡단보도를 통과하는 객체를 감지하는 적외선센서(113)와, 적외선센서(113)에 의해 검출된 신호에 따라 점멸신호를 생성하여 전송하는 제어모듈(114)로 이루어진, 볼라드(110), 횡단보도를 가로질러 양 라인에 일정 간격으로 이격되고 매립 배치되어 점멸하는 제1 도로 표지병(120), 제어모듈(114)로부터 전송된 점멸신호를 통합 수신하여 제1 도로 표지병(120)을 연동하여 제어하는 제어부(130)를 포함하고, 볼라드(110)는 횡단보도의 양단 및 양측면에 각각 배치되고, 제어부(130)는 해당 라인의 제1 도로 표지병(120)을 일정시간동안 각각 점멸시키되, 객체의 단일 진행방향에 따라 제1 도로 표지병(120)을 순차적으로 점멸시키고, 쌍방향 진행방향에 따라 제1라인과 제2라인을 반대방향으로 순차적으로 점멸시켜서, 사전에 운전자에게 알려 교통사고를 예방하는, 어린이보호 구역 도로표지병 시스템을 개시한다.
