The present invention relates to a vessel propeller coated with a composite material and, more specifically, to a vessel propeller coated with a composite material which uses metal with higher strength than nonferrous metal such as alloy steel or carbon steel as a main material for a wing of a propeller without using nonferrous metal such as bronze or brass, and deposits a composite material stronger than steel such as carbon fibers (CFRP) or aramid, poly-ketone or the like on the surface of the propeller wing, thereby making the surface of the propeller wing smooth to prevent corrosion caused by seawater, reducing resistance of the propeller and water to have high efficiency, light specific gravity and high strength, and significantly reducing weight and manufacturing costs. The vessel propeller comprises a wing body, a wing coating part and a wing unevenness part.

    본 발명은 복합소재가 코팅된 선박용 프로펠러에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 프로펠러의 날개를 청동이나 황동과 같은 비철을 사용하지 않고 합금강이나 탄소강 등의 비철금속보다 강도가 강한 금속을 주재료로 하며, 철강보다 강한 탄소섬유(CFRP)나 아라미드, 폴리케톤 등의 복합 소재류를 프로펠러 날개의 표면에 증착함으로 프로펠러 날개 표면이 아주 매끄러워 해수에 의한 부식을 방지 할 뿐만 아니라, 프로펠러와 물의 저항을 줄여서 효율적이며 비중이 가볍고 강한 강도를 가질뿐만 아니라 중량과 제작 원가를 획기적으로 줄이는 효과를 가진 복합소재가 코팅된 선박용 프로펠러에 관한 것이다.
