The present invention relates to a wind power generation device based on ascents and descents in the air which performs power generation in accordance with an ascent and a descent of a canopy in the air, and improves generation efficiency through a structure in which generation equipment is installed on the ground. The wind power generation device based on ascents and descents in the air comprises: a canopy (110) lifted and lowered by wind power, wherein one end of a one-side main rope (111) is connected to one side thereof, and one end of an other-side main rope (112) is connected to the other side thereof; a lifting/lowering rope (120) of which one end is connected to the other ends of the one-side main rope (111) and the other-side main rope (112) connected to both sides of the canopy (110); a winding roller (130) rotating in a forward and a reverse direction, allowing the other end of the lifting/lowering rope (120) to be connected thereto to be wound thereon, and rotated in the forward direction when the canopy (110) is lifted by wind power to unwind the wound lifting/lowering rope (120); and a generator (140) meshing with a one-side rotary shaft (131) provided on one side of the winding roller (130), and performing power generation by using the rotation in which the winding roller (130) is rotated in the forward direction when the canopy (110) is lifted by wind power.

    본 발명은 공중에서 캐노피의 승강에 따라 발전을 수행하되, 발전장비를 지상에 설치하는 구조를 통해, 발전효율을 향상시켜주는 공중 승강기반 풍력발전장치에 관한 것으로, 풍력에 의해 상승되는 것으로, 일측에 일측 메인로프(111)의 일단이 연결되고, 타측에 타측 메인로프(112)의 일단이 연결되는 캐노피(110)와; 일단이 상기 캐노피(110)의 양측에 각각 연결된 일측 메인로프(111) 및 타측 메인로프(112)의 타단 쪽과 연결되는 승강로프(120)와; 정역방향으로 회전하는 것으로, 상기 승강로프(120)의 타단이 연결되어 감겨진 것으로써, 상기 캐노피(110)가 풍력에 의해 상승 시 정방향으로 회전되어 감겨진 상기 승강로프(120)가 풀어지는 권취롤러(130)와; 상기 권취롤러(130)의 일측에 구비되는 일측회전축(131)에 맞물리는 것으로, 상기 캐노피(110)가 풍력에 의해 상승 시 상기 권취롤러(130)가 정방향으로 회전되는 회전을 이용하여 발전을 수행하는 발전기(140);로 이루어진다.
