The present invention provides a mooring line tension test device, comprising: a water depth simulation unit that simulates water depth conditions by enabling height adjustment within a deep-sea engineering water tank; an anchor simulation unit disposed at a predetermined distance from the water depth simulation unit and having one end of a mooring line connected to the water depth simulation unit to simulate the movement of a model ship; and a mooring force measurement unit installed on one side of the water depth simulation unit to measure the tension of the mooring line. As part of a model test to evaluate the behavior characteristics of the mooring system of ships and marine structures, the present invention is used to confirm the tension characteristics of each mooring line in a deep-sea engineering tank.
