Disclosed are a method for predicting a vehicle availability and an apparatus. The method for predicting the vehicle availability according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the following steps of: obtaining a driving distance of a vehicle for a certain period of a time; calculating a predicted battery usage for the driving distance of the vehicle through a previously learned battery usage prediction model based on a time-specific driving profile for the driving distance of the vehicle; and calculating the availability of the vehicle based on a remaining battery capacity according to the predicted battery usage for the driving distance of the vehicle.

    차량 가용도 예측 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량 가용도 예측 방법은, 차량의 일정 기간의 운행거리를 획득하는 단계와, 차량의 운행거리에 대한 시간대별 운행 프로파일을 기반으로 기 학습된 배터리 사용량 예측 모델을 통해, 차량의 운행거리에 대한 예측 배터리 사용량을 산출하는 단계와, 차량의 운행거리에 대한 예측 배터리 사용량에 따른 배터리 잔량을 기반으로, 차량의 가용도를 산출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
