The present invention provides a floating type solar power generation system. According to the present invention, the floating type solar power generation system comprises: a frame on which solar power generation modules are installed; a floating body provided onto the frame and used to float the frame; and cone piles connected to the frame and supported on the seafloor when a water depth is lowered and configured to provide a floating force when the water depth becomes deeper.
