The present invention relates to a crash sensor assembly for a vehicle, which maintains pressure detection performance even when used for a long time by allowing a printed circuit board and sealing member to always overlap at a certain thickness. The crash sensor assembly for a vehicle comprises: a crash sensor which detects an impact generated in the vehicle through a pressure change; a printed circuit board on which the crash sensor is mounted; a housing in which the printed circuit board is installed and a flow path for detecting the pressure change is formed; a sealing member which prevents pressure leakage between the printed circuit board and the flow path; and a cover which is coupled to the housing. Here, the cover has a pressurization protrusion that pressurizes the printed circuit board to overlap the sealing member. The pressurization protrusion is formed in an elastically deformable structure.
본 발명은 인쇄회로기판과 밀봉부재가 항상 일정한 두께로 중첩될 수 있도록 하여 장기간 사용에도 압력 감지 성능을 유지할 수 있는 차량용 충돌 센서 조립체에 관한 것으로, 차량에서 발생한 충격을 압력 변화로 감지하는 충돌 센서와, 상기 충돌 센서가 실장되는 인쇄회로기판과, 상기 인쇄회로기판이 내부에 설치되고 압력 변화를 감지하기 위한 유로가 형성된 하우징과, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 상기 유로 사이로 압력이 누설되는 것을 방지하는 밀봉부재와, 상기 하우징에 결합되는 커버를 포함한다. 이때, 상기 커버에는 상기 밀봉부재와 중첩되도록 상기 인쇄회로기판을 가압하는 가압돌기가 형성되되, 상기 가압돌기는 탄성 변형 가능한 구조로 형성된다.
