The server for providing a vessel navigation service may comprise: a reception unit which receives a vessel's departure location and destination information, vessel characteristic information, and the vessel's set navigation speed information from a vessel management terminal; a recommended sea lane determination unit which inputs the departure location and destination information, the vessel's characteristic information, and the set navigation speed information into a candidate sea lane deriving model to determine candidate sea lanes through the candidate sea lane deriving model, and inputs weather restrictions and vessel performance speed conditions set by the vessel management terminal into a recommended sea lane determination model to determine the recommended sea lane of the candidate sea lanes through the recommended sea lane determination model; a navigation speed calculation unit which calculates an expected navigation speed of the vessel through the recommended sea lane based on the vessel's characteristic information; and a provision unit which provides the vessel management terminal with a vessel navigation service including the recommended sea lane and the expected navigation speed of the vessel.
