According to various embodiments of the present invention, a cold/warm air blowing apparatus through a vehicle steering wheel, which is able to blow cold/warm air generated in an air conditioning system for a vehicle through a vehicle steering wheel comprises: the vehicle steering wheel having a hollow inside and a large number of ventilation holes dispersed and formed on the upper surface towards the driver; one or more cold/warm air pipes penetrating from the vehicle steering wheel to a steering wheel hub and extended to one end of the steering wheel hub, and having cold/warm air from the air conditioning system for a vehicle flowing inside; the cylindrical-shaped steering wheel hub fixing the cold/warm air pipe on a steering shaft connected to the vehicle steering wheel; a first connection member connected to the steering wheel hub to rotate along with the steering wheel hub in accordance with the movement of the steering wheel hub, and having a first screw thread along an outer side surface thereof, and including a first air inlet connected to the one or more cold/warm air pipes and transmitting the cold/warm air from the air conditioning system of the vehicle; and a second connection member including a second screw thread arranged along an inner side surface thereof to be engaged with the first screw thread of the first connection member. From an outer side surface to the inner side of the second connection member, a second air inlet can be formed to transmit cold/warm air to the first air inlet. Therefore, air conditioning effects in a vehicle can be increased.

    본원의 다양한 실시예에 따른 차량용 공조 시스템에서 발생되는 냉기나 온기를 차량 핸들을 통해 송풍하는 차량 핸들 냉온기 송풍 장치는, 내부가 중공으로 형성되고 운전자를 향한 상부면에 다수의 통기공이 분산 형성되는 차량 핸들; 상기 차량 핸들로부터 핸들 허브를 관통하여 핸들 허브의 일단까지 연장되며, 상기 차량용 공조 시스템으로부터의 냉기 또는 온기가 흐르는 적어도 하나의 냉온기 배관; 상기 냉온기 배관을 상기 차량 핸들과 연결된 조향축에 고정시키는 원통 형상의 핸들 허브; 상기 핸들 허브에 연결되어 상기 핸들 허브의 움직임에 따라 함께 회전하고, 외측면을 따라 제1 나사산을 구비하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 냉온기 배관에 연결되어 상기 차량 공조 시스템으로부터의 냉기 또는 온기를 전달하는 제1 공기 투입구를 포함하는 제1 연결 부재; 상기 제1 연결 부재의 상기 제1 나사산에 맞물리도록 내측면을 따라 구비되는 제2 나사산을 포함하는 제2 연결 부재를 포함하고, 상기 제2 연결 부재의 외측면으로부터 내부에는 제1 공기 투입구 에 냉기 또는 온기를 전달하는 제2 공기 투입구가 형성될 수 있다.
