The present invention relates to a livestock infectious disease spread path prediction system, which comprises: an environmental information collection unit collecting environmental information of a pen with a livestock infectious disease; a climate information collection unit collecting climate information around the pen with the livestock infectious disease; and a spread prediction unit applying the environmental information and the climate information provided by the environmental information collection unit and the climate information collection unit to a previously built neural network model for predicting the spread path of livestock infectious disease based on the environmental information and climate information of the pen with the livestock infectious disease, and predicting the spread path of the livestock infectious disease based on the pen with the livestock infectious disease. According to the present invention, the livestock infectious disease spread path prediction system is able to apply the environmental information and climate information of a pen with a livestock infectious disease to a previously built neural network model and predict a spread path of the livestock infectious disease, thereby rapidly responding to the relevant livestock infectious disease based on the prediction information of the relevant spread path and reducing damage. The present task (result) is the result of a local government-university collaboration-based regional innovation project, which is supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea with the financial support of the Ministry of Education of Korea in 2021.     본 발명은 축산전염병 확산 경로 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 축산전염병 발생 축사의 환경 정보를 수집하는 환경 정보 수집부와, 상기 축산전염병 발생 축사 주위의 기후 정보를 수집하는 기후 정보 수집부와, 축산전염병이 발생된 축사의 환경 정보 및 기후 정보를 토대로 축산전염병의 확산 경로를 예측하기 위해 기구축된 신경망 모델에, 상기 환경 정보 수집부 및 기후 정보 수집부에서 제공되는 상기 환경정보 및 기후 정보를 적용하여 상기 축산전염병 발생 축사를 기준으로 축산전염병의 확산 경로를 예측하는 확산 예측부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 축산전염병 확산 경로 예측 시스템은 기구축된 신경망 모델에, 축산전염병이 발생된 축사의 환경정보 및 기후정보를 적용하여 해당 축산전염병의 확산 경로를 예측할 수 있으므로 해당 확산 경로의 예측 정보를 토대로 해당 축산전염병에 대해 신속하게 대응하여 피해를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 과제(결과물)는 2021년도 교육부의 재원으로 한국연구재단의 지원을 받아 수행된 지자체-대학 협력기반 지역혁신 사업의 결과이다.(2021RIS-002)
