The present invention provides a water tank for effectively suppressing a fire in an initial stage when the fire breaks out while an electric vehicle is being charged. A wall unit (12) is formed at three edges except for an approach road in the upper part based on a square floor unit (11) at a parking position in a charging station (100) for an electric vehicle. A vehicle approach unit is opened and closed by vertical movements of an opening and closing door (14). The water tank encloses the vehicle in all directions by the wall unit (12) and the opening and closing door (14) as the opening and closing door (14) is closed after the vehicle enters the opening and closing door (14). A water supply unit (16) is formed in one or more among the floor unit (11), the wall unit (12), and the upper part of the water tank. So, the inside of the water tank can be filled with water. The water tank comprises one or more sensors (S) among: a temperature sensor (S1) sending a sensing signal by sensing a temperature rise at a part close to the charging station (100) for an electric vehicle when the fire breaks out; a flame sensor (S2) sending the sensing signal by sensing a flame; and a smoke sensor (S3) sending the sensing signal by sensing smoke. When a fire recognition unit (20) determines the fire by using the information detected by the sensor (S), the charger's power supply is shut off according to the control of a control unit (30). Moreover, the water tank is filled with the water by a water supply unit (16). Therefore, the battery pack of the electric vehicle is flooded and stabilized.

    본 발명은 전기자동차의 충전 중 화재 발생시 효과적으로 조기에 진압하기 위한 수조를 구성하는 것으로서, 전기자동차 충전소(100)의 주차위치에는 사각의 바닥부(11)를 바탕으로 상부에는 진입로를 제외한 3개의 가장자리에 벽체부(12)를 형성하고, 차량 진입부에는 개폐문(14)의 상하 이동으로 개폐가 되게 하여 차량 진입 후 개폐문(14)의 닫힘에 따라 벽체부(12)와 개폐문(14)에 의한 차량을 사방에서 감싸는 수조가 구성되게 하고, 바닥부(11)나 벽체부(11) 또는 수조의 상부 중 어느 하나 이상에는 물공급부(16)를 구성하여 수조 내부로 물이 채워질 수 있도록 하며, 전기자동차 충전소(100)의 근접하는 부분에는 화재 발생시 온도상승을 감지하여 감지신호를 보내는 온도센서(S1), 불꽃을 감지하여 감지신호를 보내는 불꽃센서(S2), 연기를 감지하여 감지신호를 보내는 연기센서(S3) 중 하나 이상의 감지센서(S)를 구성하고, 감지센서(S)에서 검출되는 정보를 통하여 화재인식부(20)가 화재로 판단시 제어부(30)의 제어에 따라 충전기의 전원공급을 차단 및 물공급부(16)를 통하여 수조 내부로 물을 채움으로 전기자동차의 배터리가 침수되게 하여 배터리를 안정화시키도록 한 것이다.
