The present invention is characterized by comprising: a hydrogen fuel cell unit in which a plurality of hydrogen fuel cells are provided to generate electric energy by performing a reaction with oxygen by using hydrogen as fuel; a battery unit which is connected to the hydrogen fuel cell unit, and in which a plurality of modular batteries are provided after a cell unit is assembled; a plurality of motor driving units which are connected to the hydrogen fuel cell unit and the battery unit, and are correspondingly connected such that one DC-DC converter, an inverter, and a motor constitute one module; and a control unit which is connected to the hydrogen fuel cell unit, the battery unit and the motor driving unit in order to, when malfunctioning is detected with respect to at least one device of each of the hydrogen fuel cell, the modular batteries, the DC-DC converter, the inverter, and the motor, control such that electric connection may be selectively blocked with respect to the corresponding device at which the malfunctioning is detected. Therefore, a design which may connect and block among devices may be achieved. Furthermore, only some devices at which malfunctioning has occurred among a plurality of devices may be selectively blocked, thereby more efficiently and organically operating the emergency system.

    본 발명은 수소를 연료로 산소와 반응시켜 전기에너지를 발생시키는 수소연료전지가 복수개 구비되는 수소연료전지부; 상기 수소연료전지부와 연결되고, 셀 단위를 조합한 모듈형 배터리가 복수개 구비되는 배터리부; 상기 수소연료전지부 및 상기 배터리부와 연결되고, 어느 하나의 DCDC 컨버터, 인버터, 모터가 하나의 모듈을 구성하도록 대응 연결되어 복수개 이루어지는 모터구동부; 및 상기 수소연료전지부, 상기 배터리부 및 상기 모터구동부와 연결되어 각각의 수소연료전지, 모듈형 배터리, DCDC 컨버터, 인버터, 모터 중 적어도 하나의 장치에 대한 고장이 감지되면, 상기 고장이 감지된 해당 장치에 대해서만 선택적으로 전기적 연결이 차단되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 장치 간에 연결 및 차단이 가능한 설계를 달성할 수 있고, 다수의 장치들 중 고장이 발생된 일부 장치만 선택적으로 차단하여 비상 시스템을 보다 효율적이고 유기적으로 운영할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
