The disclosed invention, in a pouch-type stack cell packaging device which assembles a pouch-type stack cell assembly in which a plurality of pouch-type stack cells are stacked by inserting and installing the same into a module frame, comprises: a support frame, which is a frame forming a main body, in which an assembly space is formed in the center, and left and right upper plates are respectively disposed to face the assembly space; a cell pressurizing device installed on the left and right upper plates of the support frame to press and secure both side surfaces of the pouch-type stacked cell assembly in a stacking direction of pouch-type stacked cells; a module frame lifting device capable of being lifted and lowered toward a cell pressurizing device and having the module frame on which the pouch-type stacked cell assembly is seated on an upper surface; and a sagging prevention device provided at a lower part of the cell pressurizing device and supporting a lower surface of the pouch-type stacked cell assembly pressurized and fixed by the cell pressurizing device to prevent a lower part of the pouch-type stacked cells located in the center from sagging. According to the present invention, mass productivity and process stability for the modularization of the pouch-type stacked cell assembly can be secured.

    개시되는 발명은, 복수 개의 파우치형 스택 셀이 적층되는 파우치형 스택 셀 어셈블리를 모듈 프레임에 삽입설치하여 조립하는 파우치형 스택 셀 패키징 장치에 있어서, 본체를 이루는 프레임으로서, 중앙부에 조립공간이 형성되고, 조립공간에 대해 대향 배치되도록 좌, 우측 상판이 각각 구비되는 지지 프레임; 지지 프레임의 좌, 우측 상판 상에 설치되어 파우치형 스택 셀 어셈블리의 양 측면을 파우치형 스택 셀의 적층방향으로 가압하여 고정하는 셀 가압장치; 셀 가압장치를 향하여 승강 가능하게 구비되고, 상부면에 파우치형 스택 셀 어셈블리가 안착되는 모듈 프레임이 설치되는 모듈 프레임 승강장치; 및 셀 가압장치의 하부에 구비되어 셀 가압장치로 가압 고정된 파우치형 스택 셀 어셈블리의 하부면을 지지하여 중앙부에 위치한 파우치형 스택 셀들의 하부 처짐을 방지하는 처짐 방지장치; 를 포함한다.
