Disclosed is a crosswalk safety marking devices. The present invention can detect pedestrians at a crosswalk in real time and provide visual safety guidelines and traffic safety information to ensure the safety of pedestrians waiting to cross and the walking safety of pedestrians crossing. The crosswalk safety marking device includes: a first projection unit; a second projection unit installed opposite the first projection unit; a laser output unit installed in the first projection unit to output a laser to form a guideline which can be visually identified by pedestrians and vehicle drivers; a laser receiver; a holographic unit installed on the first and second projection units to display a holographic image; and a control unit which controls the output of the laser and the display of the holographic image.
