본 발명은 공기입 타이어용 타이어용 코드지에 관한 것으로 중앙부에서 변부방향으로 갈수록 EPI(End per Inch)가 한번 이상 증가했다가 감소하고, 최변부의 EPI가 중앙부 및 중앙변부의 EPI보다 낮게 설계되어 압연물의 EPI가 균일해져 완제품 타이어의 덴트(Dent) 불량을 최소화 시키며 유니포미티(Uniformity) 성능을 향상시켜 고속 주행시 안정감을 주는 효과가 있다.

    The present invention relates to a cord sheet for a pneumatic tire, wherein the end per inch (EPI) increases and then decreases at least once from the center portion toward the edge direction and the EPI of the outermost portion is designed to be less than the EPI of the center portion and the center edge portion so that the EPI of a rolled material can be uniform. Thus, dent defects of the finished tire can be minimized and uniformity performance is improved, and thus, there is an effect of providing stability during high-speed driving.
