A wireless communication method and an apparatus for wireless power transfer (WPT) to an electric vehicle are disclosed. The wireless communication method for wireless power transfer (WPT) to an electric vehicle, performed by a wireless charging control device mounted in the electric vehicle, comprises: transmitting a probe request message, which includes access point (AP) identification information stored previously in the wireless charging control device, to at least one charging station; receiving a probe response message from the charging station corresponding to the AP identification information; transmitting authentication encryption information to the charging station to perform authentication for wireless communication; and when the authentication for wireless communication is completed, performing user authentication for the wireless power transfer of the electric vehicle using the user authentication information previously stored in the wireless charging control device. Therefore, the wireless communication method can freely utilize data communication by considering the wireless charging control device mounted in the electric vehicle as a network connection device.

    전기차 무선 전력 전송을 위한 무선 통신 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 전기차에 탑재된 무선 충전 제어 장치에서 수행되는, 전기차 무선 전력 전송(Wireless Power Transfer, WPT)을 위한 무선 통신 방법은, 상기 무선 충전 제어 장치에 미리 저장된 AP(Access Point) 식별 정보를 포함하는 프로브 요청(probe request) 메시지를 적어도 하나의 차징 스테이션에 전송하는 단계, 상기 AP 식별 정보에 상응하는 차징 스테이션(charging station)으로부터 프로브 응답(probe response) 메시지를 수신하는 단계, 인증 암호 정보를 상기 차징 스테이션에 전송하여 무선 통신을 위한 인증(Authentication)을 수행하는 단계 및 상기 무선 통신을 위한 인증이 완료되면, 상기 무선 충전 제어 장치에 미리 저장된 사용자 인증 정보를 이용하여 상기 전기차의 무선 전력 전송을 위한 사용자 인증을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
