The present invention relates to a vehicle torque sensor apparatus, which comprises: a rotor unit which is rotated by being connected to one of an input shaft and an output shaft; a stator unit which is arranged to face the rotor unit, and is rotated by being connected to the other one of the input shaft and the output shaft; a first measurement unit which measures the changing amount of a magnetic field according to the relative rotation displacement of the rotor unit and the stator unit; a second measurement unit which is arranged on the outside of the first measurement unit to shield the first measurement unit from the external magnetic field, and measures the changing amount of the magnetic field according to the relative rotation displacement of the rotor unit and the stator unit; and a control unit which corrects by detecting errors of the measurement value with respect to the changing amount of the magnetic field measured by means of the first measurement unit and the second measurement unit. Therefore, errors may be corrected.

    본 발명은 차량용 토크 센서 장치에 관한 것으로, 입력축과 출력축 중 어느 하나에 연결되어 회전하는 로터부; 상기 로터부와 마주보게 배치되고, 상기 입력축과 상기 출력축 중 나머지 하나에 연결되어 회전하는 스테이터부; 상기 로터부와 상기 스테이터부의 상대 회전 변위에 따른 자기장의 변화량을 측정하는 제1측정부; 상기 제1측정부의 외측에 배치되어 외부 자계로부터 상기 제1측정부를 차폐하고, 상기 로터부와 상기 스테이터부의 상대 회전 변위에 따른 자기장의 변화량을 측정하는 제2측정부; 및 상기 제1측정부와 상기 제2측정부를 통해 측정한 자기장의 변화량에 대한 측정값의 오차를 검출하여 보정하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
