One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a life jacket that detects submersion in water, detects the user's current location, and emits a life-saving signal so that the monitored life-saving signal to be detected by a ship or drone. According to the present invention, the life jacket comprises: a float which provides buoyancy; a submersible sensor coupled to the float and detecting submersion in water and activating an underwater signal upon the detection; a GPS detector which begins to detect the user's current location when the underwater signal is activated, and generates a GPS location; and a long Range (LoRA) communication unit which generates a life-saving signal based on the GPS location and emits the life-saving signal through LoRA communication so that the monitored life-saving signal is detected through a ship or drone.
