The present invention relates to a digital twin-based desalination performance and efficiency prediction system, which obtains and diagnoses equipment information of an actual desalination vessel and surrounding environment information at a desalination location and applies diagnosis information to digital twin modeling to virtually predict desalination performance and efficiency before a desalination operation, thereby optimizing the operation of the desalination vessel. The digital twin-based desalination performance and efficiency prediction system is implemented by comprising: a vessel system which is installed on a desalination vessel, collects environmental information of a desalination location and desalination equipment data of the desalination vessel, and transmits collected desalination vessel information to a desalination performance prediction server in real time; and a desalination performance prediction server which preprocesses the desalination vessel information, diagnoses surrounding environmental information included in the preprocessed desalination vessel information, and applies diagnosis result information to a digital twin model for predicting desalination performance and efficiency to predict desalination performance and efficiency.

    실제 담수 선박의 설비 정보와 담수화 위치의 주변 환경 정보를 획득하여 진단하고, 진단 정보를 디지털 트윈 모델링(Digital Twin Modeling)에 적용하여 가상의 담수 성능 및 효율성을 담수화 작업 이전에 예측할 수 있도록 하여, 담수 선박의 운영에 최적화를 도모할 수 있도록 한 디지털 트윈 기반 담수 성능 및 효율성 예측시스템에 관한 것으로서, 담수 선박에 설치되어 담수 위치의 환경 정보와 담수 선박의 담수 설비 데이터를 수집하고, 수집한 담수 선박 정보를 실시간으로 담수성능 예측서버에 전송하는 선박 시스템, 및 담수 선박 정보를 전처리하고, 전처리된 담수 선박 정보에 포함된 주변 환경 정보를 진단하고, 진단 결과 정보를 담수 성능 및 효율성 예측을 위해 미리 설정된 디지털 트윈 모델에 적용하여 담수 성능 및 효율성을 예측하는 담수 성능 예측서버를 포함하여, 디지털 트윈 기반 담수 성능 및 효율성 예측시스템을 구현한다.
