The present invention relates to a high-speed charging system for a high-voltage battery, which enables an unmanned flight vehicle to effectively perform various tasks. The high-speed charging system for a high-voltage battery comprises: a first central processing control unit (101) which checks a battery state based on a detected voltage and current, and transmits a discharge and charge determination and control signal; a discharge power control unit (104) which turns off a switch of a charge power control unit (103) during discharging and switches a discharging power control circuit after separation from an input power source to control a discharge current amount; a charge power control unit (103) which turns off a switch of the discharge power control unit during charging and switches a charging power control signal after separation from high-power resistance to control a charging current amount; a voltage detection unit (105) which detects a voltage of the battery to be delivered to the first central processing control unit; a current detection unit (106) which detects a current flowing in the battery to be delivered to the first central processing control unit; a smart balancing detection unit (108) which detects a voltage of each cell of a direction connection structure of the battery to be delivered to a second central processing control unit (102); a second central processing control unit (102) which checks a secondary state of the battery based on a detected cell voltage to perform mutual communication delivery to the first central control processing unit (101); and a monitoring communication unit (110, Bluetooth) which performs a communication function for monitoring a battery charging state.

    본 발명은 검출된 전압 및 전류를 토대로 배터리 상태를 확인 하고 방전과 충전결정 및 제어신호를 전달하는 중앙처리제어부(101) , 방전 시 충전전력 제어부(103)의 스위치를 오프하고 입력 전원과 분 리 후 방전 전력제어회로를 스위칭하여 방전 전류량을 제어하는 방전전력 제어부(104), 충전시 방전 전력제어부의 스위치를 오프 하고 대전력 저항과 분리 후 충전전력 제어신호를 스위칭하여 충전 전류량을 제어하는 충전전력 제어부(103). 배터리의 전압을 검출하여 중앙제어처리부에 전달하는 전압검출부(105), 배터리에 흐르는 전류를 검출하여 중앙제어처리부에 전달하는 전류검출부(106), 배터리의 직결구조의 각 셀의 전압을 검출하여 중앙제어처리부(102)에 전달하는 스마트 밸런싱 검출부(108) , 검출된 셀 전압을 토대로 배터리의 2차 상태를 확인하여 중앙제어처리부(1)에 상호 통신전달을 수행하는 중앙제어처리부(102), 배터리 충전상태를 모니터링을 위한 통신기능을 하는 모너티링 통신부(110,블루투스)를 포함하는 고전압 배터리를 위한 고속 충전시스템이 제공된다.
