Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, computer program, device, vehicle, and network entity for predicting a deadlock situation for an automated vehicle. A deadlock situation is an exceptional traffic situation needing the change in an operation mode of a vehicle (100). The method (10) for predicting a deadlock situation for the automated vehicle (100) comprises: a step (12) of acquiring information related to the cause for a historical deadlock situation; and a step (14) of determining historical context information on the cause for the historical deadlock situation. The method (10) additionally comprises: a step (16) of determining information for displaying the deadlock situation based on information related to the historical context information; and a step (18) of monitoring actual context information on the information for displaying the deadlock situation. The method (10) additionally comprises a step (20) of predicting the deadlock situation based on the information for displaying the deadlock situation in the actual context information. Therefore, the demand for an improved concept related to solving deadlock situations of automated vehicles can be satisfied.
