The present invention relates to a smart cargo receiving device and a management system, and more specifically, to a smart cargo receiving device and a smart cargo receiving management system using the same, which may automatically acquire data and invoice information of received cargo to register the same in a server. To this end, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a smart cargo receiving device, which is provided in a trolley shape to have a predetermined loading station, comprises: a frame constituting the body of the trolley shape; a loading base which is provided in a flat plate shape having a predetermined area at the upper portion of the frame; a camera support which is fixed at the frame, and is formed at the location higher than the height of a loading target having the highest height among loading targets; a camera fixed at one side of the camera support; a label printer mounting station which is provided in a flat plate shape which is in parallel with the loading base at the lower portion of the loading base; a label printer which is mounted on the label printer mounting station; a storage space which is provided at the lower portion of the label printer mounting station; a handle which is formed at one side of the frame; a wheel provided at the lower end of the frame; and a control unit which generates a predetermined control signal. The loading station comprises: a rotating plate which is spaced apart from the loading base by a predetermined distance, and is rotationally provided with respect to the loading base around the center; a motor which rotates the rotating plate; and a weight sensor which measures the weight of the loading targets loaded on the rotating plate. Provided is the smart cargo receiving device, wherein, when the rotating plate is rotated at a predetermined speed by the motor, the front surface, the rear surface, the left side surface, the right side surface and the flat surface of the loading target loaded on the rotating plate may be filmed in a video by the camera.

    본 발명은 스마트 화물입하장치 및 관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 입하된 화물의 제원과 송장정보를 자동으로 취득하여 서버에 등록할 수 있는 스마트 화물입하장치와, 그를 이용한 스마트 화물입하 관리시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 대차 형태로써 소정의 적재대가 구비되는, 스마트 화물입하장치에 있어서, 상기 대차 형태의 몸체를 구성하는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 상부에서 소정의 면적을 가지는 평판 형태로 구비되는 적재베이스; 상기 프레임에 고정되며, 적재대상물 중 가장 큰 높이를 가지는 적재대상물의 높이보다 높은 위치에 형성되는 카메라지지대; 상기 카메라지지대의 일측에 고정되는 카메라; 상기 적재베이스의 하부에서 적재베이스와 평행한 평판 형태로 구비되는 라벨프린터거치대; 상기 라벨프린터거치대에 거치되는 라벨프린터; 상기 라벨프린터거치대의 하부에 구비되는 수납공간; 상기 프레임의 일측에 형성되는 손잡이; 상기 프레임의 하단에 구비되는 바퀴; 및 소정의 제어신호를 발생시키는 제어부;를 포함하고, 상기 적재대는: 상기 적재베이스로부터 소정의 거리만큼 이격되어 구비되되, 중심을 기준으로 적재베이스에 대해 회전 가능하도록 구비되는 회전판; 상기 회전판을 회전시키는 모터; 및 상기 회전판에 적재된 적재대상물의 무게를 측정하는 무게센서;를 포함하여, 상기 회전판이 모터에 의해 일정한 속도로 회전할 때, 회전판에 적재된 적재대상물의 정면, 배면, 좌측면, 우측면 및 평면이 카메라에 의해 영상으로 촬영되는, 스마트 화물입하장치를 제공한다.
