According to one embodiment of the present invention, an unmanned aerial vehicle control system comprises: a path module which calculates a path to be searched by an unmanned aerial vehicle; an air traffic control module which controls the unmanned aerial vehicle so that the unmanned aerial vehicle searches and collects images based on the path calculated by the path module; and an analysis module which determines the presence of illegal crops based on the images collected by the unmanned aerial vehicle. The air traffic control module can control the unmanned air vehicle to collect an image of an object at a first height and control, when a predetermined first condition is satisfied based on the first image, which is the image collected at the first height, the unmanned air vehicle to collect an image of an object at a second height lower than the first height. According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize the number of people deployed for search.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무인 비행체 관제 시스템은, 무인 비행체가 수색할 경로를 산출하는 경로 모듈; 상기 경로 모듈에서 산출된 경로를 기초로 상기 무인 비행체가 수색하여 영상을 수집하도록 상기 무인 비행체를 제어하는 관제 제어 모듈; 및 상기 무인 비행체로부터 수집되는 영상을 기초로 불법 작물의 존재 여부를 판단하는 분석 모듈;을 포함하고, 상기 관제 제어 모듈은, 제1 높이 상에서 객체에 대한 영상이 수집되도록 상기 무인 비행체를 제어하고, 상기 제1 높이 상에서 수집된 상기 영상인 제1 영상을 기초로 미리 정해진 제1 조건이 만족되는 경우, 상기 제1 높이 보다 낮은 제2 높이 상에서 객체에 대한 영상이 수집되도록 상기 무인 비행체를 제어할 수 있다.
