The present invention relates to a vessel engine room safety management system using a deep learning-based image analysis algorithm. The vessel engine room safety management system includes: camera modules installed on a plurality of positions in a vessel engine room to generate image information of the interior of the vessel engine room; a network video recorder (NVR) module receiving the image information generated by the camera modules connected through the establishment of a communication network to store and record the image information in an internal database; an operating server receiving the image information from the NVR connected through the establishment of the communication network to cause at least one connected information output device for a manager to output the received image information; and an image analysis server receiving the image information from the NVR module connected through the establishment of the communication network to determine whether oil mist leakage and a fire occur in the vessel engine room and the level of seriousness thereof by using a deep learning-based image analysis algorithm. Therefore, the present invention enables an active automated response to the condition of a dangerous situation.

    본 발명은 딥러닝 기반의 영상분석 알고리즘을 이용한 선박 엔진룸 안전 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 선박 엔진룸 내 다수의 위치에 설치되어 상기 선박 엔진룸 내부를 촬영한 영상정보를 생성하는 카메라 모듈; 통신 네트워크를 구축하여 연결된 상기 카메라 모듈로부터 생성된 영상정보를 수신하여 내부 데이터베이스에 저장 기록하고, NVR(Network video recorder)모듈; 통신 네트워크를 구축하여 연결된 상기 NVR모듈로부터 영상정보를 제공받아 연결된 적어도 하나 이상의 관리자용 정보 출력장치에 제공받은 영상정보가 출력되도록 하는 운영서버; 통신 네트워크를 구축하여 연결된 상기 NVR모듈로부터 영상정보를 제공받아 딥러닝 기반의 영상분석 알고리즘을 이용하여 상기 선박 엔진룸 내부의 오일 미스트(Oil Mist)의 유출 및 화재의 발생 여부 및 발생 수준을 판단하는 영상분석서버;를 포함한다.
