According to an embodiment of the present invention, a smart monitoring system includes: one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV); a plurality of Internet of Things (IoT) terminals distributed in a surveillance area; and a plurality of base stations distributed in the surveillance area, wherein the UAV selects any IoT terminal from among the plurality of IoT terminals using deep learning auction training, receives surveillance data, and transmits the surveillance data to a data center through the Internet and any one base station among the plurality of base stations.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 스마트 감시 시스템은 하나의 UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle); 감시 영역에 분포하는 다수의 IOT(Internet of Things) 단말기; 및 상기 감시 영역에 분포하는 다수의 기지국(Base Station);를 포함하고, 상기 UAV가 딥러닝 경매학습으로 상기 다수의 IOT 단말기 중 임의의 IOT 단말기를 선택하고 감시 데이터를 수신하며, 상기 다수의 기지국 중 어느 하나의 기지국과 인터넷망을 거쳐 데이터 센터로 상기 감시 데이터를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
