A fuel cell control apparatus according to various embodiments of the present invention includes a fuel cell, a battery, and a control unit electrically connected to the fuel cell and the battery, wherein the control unit checks the remaining current capacity (state of charge, SOC) of the battery, and is set to keep the power generation of the fuel cell from being turned off based on whether a vehicle is running when it is confirmed that the SOC is in an overcharged state exceeding a set reference value.
본 발명의 다양한 실시 예에 따른 연료 전지 제어 장치는 연료 전지, 배터리 및 상기 연료 전지 및 상기 배터리와 전기적으로 연결된 제어 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 제어 유닛은, 상기 배터리에 대한 잔존 전류 용량(State of Charge)을 확인하고, 상기 SOC가 설정된 기준 값을 초과하는 과충전 상태로 확인되는 경우, 차량의 주행 여부에 기초하여 상기 연료 전지의 발전 오프를 보류하도록 설정될 수 있다.
