To improve a sealing performance, the present invention provides a pressure vessel which comprises: an upper liner unit having an upper side engaged with an outer side of a boss unit with a vertically extended penetrating hole by insert molding, and cylindrically extended downward from an upper side and opened on a lower center part to form a first storage space storing a fluid inside, and having a first coupling unit formed on a lower end edge to have a first overlapped engagement surface vertical from a laser irradiation direction to be vertically extended in a circumferential direction; a lower liner unit arranged on a lower side of the upper liner unit, and having a second coupling unit formed on an upper end edge to have a second overlapped engagement surface vertical from a laser irradiation direction to be vertically extended in a circumferential direction, and having a second storage space inside to communicate with the first storage space; and a ring bracket unit melted and engaged with the part between the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit by being extended in a ring shape in a circumferential direction and laser-welded, and having a first facing coupling surface formed on an upper side to come in surface-contact and coupled with the first overlapped engagement surface, and having a second facing coupling surface formed on a lower side to come in surface-contact and coupled with the second overlapped engagement surface.

    실링성능이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 상부가 관통홀이 상하방향으로 연장된 보스부의 외곽에 인서트 사출되어 결합되되, 내부에 유체가 수용되는 제1수용공간이 형성되도록 상부로부터 원통형으로 하향 연장되며 하부 중앙이 개구되고, 하단 테두리에 레이저 조사방향으로부터 수직인 제1중첩결합면이 원주방향을 따라 상하방향으로 연장 형성된 제1형합부가 형성되는 상부라이너부; 상기 상부라이너부의 하부에 배치되되, 상단 테두리에 레이저 조사방향으로부터 수직인 제2중첩결합면이 원주방향을 따라 상하방향으로 연장 형성된 제2형합부가 형성되고, 내부에 제1수용공간에 연통되는 제2수용공간이 형성되는 하부라이너부; 및 상기 제1형합부 및 상기 제2형합부 사이에 원주방향을 따라 링 형상으로 연장되어 레이저 용접됨에 따라 용융 결합되되, 상부에 상기 제1중첩결합면에 면접촉 형합되는 제1대향형합면이 형성되고, 하부에 상기 제2중첩결합면에 면접촉 형합되는 제2대향형합면이 형성되는 링브라켓부를 포함하되는 압력 용기를 제공한다.
