Provided is an electro-hydraulic driving device of a valve for opening and closing a ballast tank of a vessel. The electro-hydraulic driving device of a valve for opening and closing a ballast tank of a vessel comprises: a power pack unit (10) including a motor housing (11), a motor (12) installed in an internal space of the motor housing (11), a pump housing (15) having an open one side portion coupled to the other side portion of the motor housing (11), and a pump (16) axially connected to the motor housing (11) and installed in the internal space of the pump housing (15) to pump oil filled inside the pump housing (15); and an actuator unit (20) including a cylinder (21) which has an upper central portion coupled to a lower central portion of the motor housing (10) and has an opening formed in one side central portion thereof, a piston (23) which has a rack (231) provided on one side central portion thereof to be located in an internal space of the cylinder (21), and moves in a horizontal direction by a predetermined distance by the oil supplied or discharged to each of both left and right portions from the pump housing (15), a rotational shaft housing (25) which is formed in an arc shape and configured to seal an opening of the piston (23), and a rotational shaft (27) which is located in an internal space of the rotational shaft housing (25), and has a pinion (251) provided on an upper outer portion thereof to be engaged with the rack (231) and a lower portion connected to an opening and closing valve (2). According to the present invention, by combining the power pack unit and the actuator unit for driving the opening and closing valve with the minimum configuration required for operation, it is possible to significantly reduce the installation time and the installation time.

    본 발명은, 모터하우징(11), 모터하우징(11) 내부공간에 설치되는 모터(12), 개구된 일측부위가 모터하우징(11)의 타측부위에 결합되는 펌프하우징(15), 모터하우징(11)과 축 연결되어 펌프하우징(15)의 내부공간에 설치되며 펌프하우징(15) 내부에 채워진 오일을 펌핑하는 펌프(16)를 포함하는 파워팩부(10); 상측 중앙부위가 모터하우징(10)의 하측 중앙부위와 결합되며 일측 중앙부위에 개구부가 형성되는 실린더(21), 일측 중앙부위에는 랙(231)이 마련되어 실린더(21)의 내부공간에 위치하되 펌프하우징(15)으로부터 좌우 양측 부위 각각으로 공급되거나 배출되는 오일에 의해 좌우 방향으로 일정거리 이동하는 피스톤(23), 호 형상으로 이루어져 피스톤(23)의 개구부를 밀폐하는 회동축하우징(25), 회동축하우징(25)의 내부공간에 위치하되 상측 외면부위에는 피니언(251)이 마련되어 랙(231)과 치합되고 하측부위는 개폐밸브(2)와 연결되는 회동축(27)을 포함하는 액츄에이터부(20);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박의 밸러스트 탱크를 개폐하는 밸브의 전기-유압 구동기구를 제공한다.
