The present invention relates to an Internet-of-Things coupling device providing traffic information, capable of enabling an Internet-of-Things (IoT) device providing traffic information to an autonomous vehicle or the like to be easily installed on a structure in a site (for example, a traffic light post, a CCTV post or the like). The IoT coupling device includes: an IoT body in which a traffic information providing means is embedded to provide at least one piece of information among construction/work/dangerous section information of a specific road to an autonomous vehicle; and an IoT coupling part coupled to the rear side of the IoT body to couple the IoT body to a structure. Accordingly, the IoT coupling device can be embodied.
