The present invention relates to a smart road lighting integrated control apparatus using link-by-link traffic situation prediction technology, capable of embodying smart road lighting by grafting a sensor and ICT technology to road lighting, and collecting road condition information and recognizing and determining a dangerous situation therethrough to provide danger information to a user through a lighting display device and i2X linkage. In order to embody the smart road lighting integrated control apparatus, the apparatus includes: following smart road lighting acquiring and delivering road condition information to main smart road lighting through the grafting of a sensor and information & communication technology (ICT), and interconnected with the main smart road lighting to provide danger information to a pedestrian and a vehicle; and the main smart road lighting connected to the following smart road lighting through a communication network to integrally control the following smart road lighting, analyzing the road condition information transmitted from the following smart road lighting and road condition information collected by itself to recognize and determine a dangerous situation, and transmitting dangerous situation information to the following smart road lighting when recognizing the dangerous situation.

    도로조명에 센서 및 ICT 기술을 접목하여 스마트 도로조명을 구현하고, 이를 통해 도로환경 정보를 수집하고 위험상황을 인지 및 판단하여 조명 표출장치 및 i2X 연계를 통해 이용자에게 위험정보를 제공하는 링크단위 교통상황 예측기술을 이용한 스마트 도로조명 통합제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 센서 및 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 기술이 접목되어 도로환경 정보를 획득하여 메인 스마트 도로조명에 전달하고, 상기 메인 스마트 도로조명과 연동하여 위험정보를 보행자 및 차량으로 제공해주는 추종 스마트 도로조명 및 추종 스마트 도로조명과 통신 네트워크로 연결되어, 상기 추종 스마트 도로조명을 통합 제어하며, 추종 스마트 도로조명에서 전송된 도로환경정보와 직접 수집한 도로환경정보를 분석하여 위험상황을 인지 및 판단하고, 위험상황 인지시 위험상황 정보를 상기 추종 스마트 도로조명에 전송해주는 메인 스마트 도로조명을 포함하여, 링크단위 교통상황 예측기술을 이용한 스마트 도로조명 통합제어장치를 구현한다.
