Proposed is a vehicle control apparatus in a no-parking zone and a method therefor. According to the present invention, the apparatus may comprise: a video analysis unit to identify a parking lane of the no-parking zone where a vehicle is located; and a control unit which performs movement control of the vehicle based on the identified parking lane when the vehicle is in a preset status. Proposed is a technology, to allow the vehicle to move out of the no-parking zone.

    본 발명에 따라 주정차 금지 구역에서 차량 제어를 위한 장치가 제안되며, 상기 장치는 차량이 위치하는 주정차 금지 구역의 주정차선을 식별하기 위한 영상 분석부; 및 상기 차량의 상태가 미리 설정된 상태이면, 상기 식별된 주정차선에 기반하여 상기 차량의 이동 제어를 수행하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
