An insulation structure of a cargo tank is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an insulation structure of a cargo tank comprises: a first insulation part which is provided on the outer surface of a primary barrier which comes into contact with a cryogenic fluid inside a cargo tank, wherein the first insulation part is disposed in an area in which there is a high possibility of leakage of the cryogenic fluid; and a second insulation part which is provided on the outer surface of the primary barrier, wherein the second insulation part is disposed in an area in which there is a low possibility of leakage of the cryogenic fluid. The first insulation part includes: a channel plate which is attached to the outer surface of the primary barrier and forms a plurality of channels to allow the cryogenic fluid leaked through damaged areas of the primary barrier to flow; and a first closed cell layer laminated on the upper part of the channel plate to cover the channel plate. The second insulation part includes: a second open cell layer which surrounds the outer surface of the primary barrier and forms a leak path so that the fluid leaked through the primary barrier can flow; and a second closed cell layer laminated on the upper part of the second open cell layer to cover the second open cell layer.
화물창의 단열구조가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 화물창의 단열구조는 화물창 내부의 극저온 유체와 접촉되는 1차방벽 외면에 마련되되 극저온 유체의 누출 가능성이 높은 부위에 배치되는 제1단열부; 및 1차방벽 외면에 마련되되 극저온 유체의 누출 가능성이 낮은 부위에 배치되는 제2단열부;를 포함하되, 제1단열부는, 1차방벽 외면에 부착되며, 1차방벽의 손상부위를 통해 누출된 극저온 유체가 흘러가도록 복수의 채널을 형성한 채널플레이트와, 채널플레이트를 덮도록 채널플레이트 상부에 적층된 제1클로즈드셀층을 포함하고, 제2단열부는, 1차방벽 외면을 감싸며, 1차방벽을 통해 누출된 유체가 흘러갈 수 있도록 리크패스를 형성하는 제2오픈셀층과, 제2오픈셀층을 덮도록 제2오픈셀층 상부에 적층된 제2클로즈드셀층을 포함한다.
