A device for controlling charging of an electric vehicle comprises: a charging interruption signal generation unit generating a charging interruption signal when satisfying a preset charging interruption condition; a charging interruption signal amplification unit amplifying the charging interruption signal; a noise removal unit removing a noise of the signal outputted from the charging interruption signal amplification unit; and a voltage control unit connected to a CP signal line to increase a CP signal up to preset charging interruption voltage for interrupting charging of an electric vehicle according to the signal outputted from the noise removal unit.

    전기차 충전 제어 장치는 기 설정된 충전중단 조건을 만족하면 충전중단 신호를 발생시키는 충전중단 신호 생성부; 상기 충전중단 신호를 증폭시키는 충전중단 신호 증폭부; 상기 충전중단 신호 증폭부로부터 출력된 신호의 잡음을 제거하는 노이즈 제거부; 및 CP 신호 라인과 연결되어 상기 노이즈 제거부로부터 출력된 신호에 따라 CP 신호를 전기차 충전을 중단시키기 위한 기 설정된 충전중단 전압까지 상승시키는 전압 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
