The present invention relates to a braking mode control system and a braking mode control method for a vehicle. The braking mode control system includes a user interface unit, a driving information detection unit, a braking control unit, and a braking mode operation unit. The user interface unit is configured to receive a braking mode input by a driver. The driving information detection unit is configured to detect the driving information of a vehicle. The braking control unit is configured to determine the driving state of the vehicle according to the driving information of the vehicle detected by the driving information detection unit, selectively change the braking mode received by the user interface unit according to the determined driving state of the vehicle, and form a final braking mode. The braking mode control unit is configured to generate different braking sensations according to the pedal force required for a pedal stroke based on the final braking mode. Accordingly, driving safety can be improved while satisfying the driver's driving preferences.

    본 발명은 차량용 제동모드 제어시스템 및 제동모드 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 제동모드 제어시스템은 사용자 인터페이스부, 주행 정보 감지부, 제동 제어부 및 제동모드 조작부를 포함하고, 상기 사용자 인터페이스부는 운전자에 의해 입력된 제동모드를 수신하도록 구성되며, 상기 주행 정보 감지부는 차량의 주행 정보를 감지하도록 구성되고, 상기 제동 제어부는 주행 정보 감지부에 의해 감지된 차량의 주행 정보에 따라 차량의 주행 상태를 결정하고, 결정된 차량의 주행 상태에 따라 사용자 인터페이스부에 의해 수신된 제동모드를 선택적으로 변경하여, 최종 제동모드를 형성하도록 구성되고, 제동모드 조작부는 상기 최종 제동모드에 기반하여 페달 스트로크에 필요한 페달 작용력에 따라 서로 다른 제동 감각을 발생시키도록 구성된다.
