A manufacturing method of an electrical insulation conductor for a battery system according to an embodiment comprises a step of covering a circumference of an electrical conductor with at least one electrical insulation cover part comprising a fiber mat, and welding an end part of the at least one electrical insulation cover part to form a closed insulation sleeve on the circumference of the electrical conductor. Therefore, the present invention is capable of withstanding a heat propagation event.

    실시예에 따른 전지 시스템용 전기 절연 도체의 제조 방법은, 섬유 매트를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 전기 절연성 커버부로 전기 도체의 둘레를 덮고, 그리고 상기 적어도 하나의 전기 절연성 커버부의 단부를 용접하여 상기 전기 도체의 둘레에 폐쇄된 절연 슬리브를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
