The present invention relates to a compound functionalized at both ends, a method for producing the same, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a compound incorporating a carbon black-friendly amine functional group, wherein the compound is represented by Chemical Formula 1, a method for producing the same, and a use thereof as a rubber composition for tires or tire treads. Tires or tire treads made from the composition can have excellent migration resistance, dispersibility, wear resistance, and mechanical properties, and thus can be used as a tire or tire tread for trucks and buses with high loads and long-term driving conditions, thereby simultaneously improving fuel efficiency and wear resistance and preventing deterioration of physical properties due to changes over time.
