According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a device for preventing collision when entering and exiting a tunnel, which includes: a communication unit obtaining first information on at least one moving object from a LIDAR installed at a preset location in a tunnel, and obtaining second information on the moving object from a plurality of pressure sensors installed in a detection area of the LIDAR; and a processor operatively connected to the communication unit. The processor generates third information on the moving object based on the first information and the second information, calculates the collision prediction time between a vehicle and the moving object based on the third information, and performs collision prevention control of the vehicle based on the collision prediction time.

    본 개시의 일 실시예에 의하면, 터널의 미리 설정된 위치에 설치된 라이다로부터 적어도 하나의 이동물체에 관한 제1 정보를 획득하고, 라이다의 감지영역 내에 설치된 복수개의 압력센서로부터 이동물체에 관한 제2 정보를 획득하는 통신부 및 통신부와 작동적으로 연결되는 프로세서를 포함하되, 프로세서는 제1 정보 및 제2 정보를 기초로 이동물체에 관한 제3 정보를 생성하고, 제3 정보를 기초로 차량과 이동물체 간의 충돌예측시간을 계산하고, 충돌예측시간을 기초로 차량의 충돌방지 제어를 수행하는 터널 진출입시 충돌방지장치를 제공한다.
