Provided is a system for forcibly driving an autonomous vehicle which causes a failure based on agreement of multiple users to prevent confusion when autonomous vehicles are parked. Accordingly, the forced driving system of the autonomous vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first autonomous driving vehicle which determines an obstacle in vehicle operation; and a server which receives a failure condition of the vehicle operation. The server transmits an emergency driving control signal to a second autonomous driving vehicle which causes a vehicle operation failure situation.

    본 자율주행 차량들이 주차된 경우 등에서의 혼돈을 방지하기 위해 다수 사용자의 동의에 기반하여 장애를 유발하는 자율주행 차량을 강제적으로 구동시키는 시스템을 제공함에 있다. 이에, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 자율주행 차량의 강제 구동 시스템은 차량 운행의 장애 상황을 판단하는 제1자율주행 차량 및 상기 차량 운행의 장애 상황을 수신받는 서버를 포함하고, 상기 서버는 상기 차량 운행의 장애 상황을 유발한 제2자율주행 차량에게 긴급 구동 제어 신호를 송출한다.
