The present invention provides a method for estimating the SOC of a battery, which includes: a vehicle driving simulator for sensing the voltage and current of a battery which changes as the vehicle is driven, and generating and transmitting discharge data including the sensing data of the voltage and current of the battery; and a battery SOC estimator for estimating the battery SOC by learning by inputting the discharge data as parameters of an artificial neural network.

    본 발명은, 차량 주행에 따라 변화하는 배터리의 전압 및 전류를 센싱하여, 상기 배터리의 전압 및 전류의 센싱데이터를 포함하는 방전 데이터를 생성하여 전송하는 차량 주행 시뮬레이터; 및 상기 방전 데이터를 인공신경망의 파라미터로 입력하여 학습하여 배터리 SOC를 추정하는 배터리의 SOC 추정장치;를 포함하는 배터리의 SOC 추정 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
