The present invention relates to a tape spring hinge reinforcing member. More specifically, the present invention relates to the tape spring hinge reinforcing member having high damping characteristics due to a superelastic SMA and a viscoelastic tape applied to a constraining layer laminate. The tape spring hinge reinforcing member of the present invention comprises: a shape memory alloy (SMA) plate; a first vibration damping layer; and a first reinforcing layer.
