The present invention relates to a lighting device for pedestrian guide and vehicle stop signals at a crosswalk. Light radiators (22, 24) made of a laser beam, LED or the like are installed and fixed to an upper part of traffic lights (14, 16) for pedestrian control located around pedestrian waiting lines of a crosswalk (12) so as to face the crosswalk (12), and then, the light radiators are formed to be connected to a power line for supplying power to green lights of the traffic lights (14, 16) for pedestrian control. Therefore, when the green lights of the traffic lights (14, 16) for pedestrian control are turned on, the light radiators (22, 24) are turned on at the same time to dispel the anxiety of pedestrians walking across the crosswalk (12) while sending a strong stop signal to drivers of vehicles approaching the crosswalk (12), thereby maintaining the safety of the pedestrians.
