The present invention relates to a safety footboard for a subway platform. At a platform with a wide gap between a subway train and the edge of a platform, the gap between the train and the platform can be filled by a retractable safety footboard installed inside the edge of the platform. As a result, accidents in which passengers' feet fall into gaps are prevented in advance. In addition, the safety footboard can be automatically controlled by using a sensor. The safety footboard for a subway platform includes a body part, a sensor part, and a rotation axis.

    본 발명은 지하철의 전동차와 승강장 연단부와의 간격이 넓게 벌어진 승강장에서, 상기 승강장 연단부 내부에 설치되는 개폐식 안전발판에 의해 전동차와 승강장 사이의 벌어진 간격을 채워줄 수 있도록 하며, 이에따라 승객의 발이 벌어진 틈새 사이에 빠지게 되는 안전사고를 미연에 예방함은 물론, 센서를 이용해 자동 제어가 가능하게 하도록 한 지하철 승강장의 안전발판에 관한 것이다
