The present invention relates to a micro-flow rate control valve, and more specifically, to a valve which can finely adjust the flow rate of fluid including a refrigerant, and which can impart directivity to an outlet port when a valve plate is assembled to achieve highly precise assembly, while imparting high airtightness around the outlet port. To this end, the micro-flow rate control valve comprises: a valve body (100) made in a block shape, and having therein an inlet port (110) into which fluid is introduced, an outlet port (120) from which fluid is discharged, and a flow path which allows the inlet port (110) and the outlet port (120) to communicate with each other; an airtight pipe (200) of which one part of the entire length is buried in the inner circumferential surface on the entrance side of the outlet port (120); a valve plate (310) which is made of a plate material with a through-hole (311) communicating with the outlet port (120), and in which a location regulation groove (312) accommodating the distal end of the entrance side of the airtight pipe (200) is engraved such that the outlet port (120) of the valve body (100) and the through-hole (311) may be aligned, and which is fixed to the valve body (100) in a non-rotatable manner; and a rotation valve member (320) which is made of a disc shape at which a discharge port (321) is penetrated in an axial direction, and which is accumulated on the valve plate (310) to change the relative location of the discharge port (321) with respect to the through-hole (311) according to rotation. Therefore, precision in assembly and productivity may be improved, and precision in the movement with respect to the valve and the competitiveness of the product may be maximized.

    본 발명은 미세 유량 제어 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 냉매를 포함한 유체의 유량을 미세 조절 가능한 밸브에 있어서 출력 포트에 밸브 플레이트의 조립 시 방향성을 부여하여 정밀도 높은 조립을 도모하면서 출력 포트 주변에 높은 기밀성을 부여하기 위한 것으로서, 블록 형상으로 이루어져, 유체가 유입되는 입력 포트(110)와, 유체가 배출되는 출력 포트(120)와, 입력 포트(110)와 출력 포트(120)를 연통시키는 유로가 내부에 형성된 밸브바디(100)와; 출력 포트(120)의 입구측 내주면에 전체 길이의 일부가 매립되는 기밀 파이프(200)와; 출력 포트(120)에 연통하는 통공(311)이 형성된 판재로 이루어져, 기밀 파이프(200)의 입구 측 끝단을 수용하는 위치 규제 홈(312)이 음각 형성되어 밸브바디(100)의 출력 포트(120)와 통공(311)의 정렬이 가능하며 밸브바디(100)에 회전 불가하게 고정되는 밸브 플레이트(310)와; 축방향으로 배출구(321)가 관통 형성된 원판 형상으로 이루어지며, 밸브 플레이트(310)에 적층되어, 회전에 따라 통공(311)에 대한 배출구(321)의 상대 위치를 변화시키는 회전 밸브부재(320)를 포함하여, 조립 정확성 및 생산성을 향상시키는 한편, 밸브에 대한 동작 정확성 및 제품 경쟁력을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
