An antibacterial and flame-retardant black dope-dyed polyester masterbatch is prepared, and a recycled polyester resin is subjected to crystallization drying and dehumidification drying under constant temperature conditions. The antibacterial and flame-retardant black dope-dyed polyester masterbatch prepared in the above-described manner and the recycled polyester resin are composite spun together to produce a partially drawn yarn (POY) and a drawn yarn (FDY). An antibacterial and flame-retardant black dope-dyed recycled polyester partially drawn yarn produced in the above-described manner is plyed together with the drawn yarn to form air entanglement, thereby producing a black dope-dyed recycled polyester yarn with excellent texture. A composite yarn produced in the above-described manner is an eco-friendly functional flame-retardant composite yarn, which has excellent flame-retardant functionality and excellent breathability and absorbency, has excellent texture and thus can be competitive as a fabric for automobile seat covers.

    항균, 난연성 블랙원착 폴리에스테르 마스터배치를 제조하고, 리사이클 폴리에스테르 수지를 일정한 온도 조건에서 결정화 건조와 제습건조를 수행한다. 이렇게 준비된 항균, 난연성 블랙원착 폴리에스테르 마스터배치와 리사이클 폴리에스테르 수지를 함께 복합 방사하면서 부분연신사(POY)와 연신사(FDY)를 각각 제조한다. 이렇게 제조되는 항균, 난연성 블랙원착 리사이클 폴리에스테르 부분연신사와 연신사를 함께 합사, 공기 교락을 형성하여 촉감이 우수한 블랙원착 리사이클 폴리에스테르사를 제조한다. 이렇게 제조되는 복합사는 우수한 난연 기능성을 가지면서도 통기성, 흡수성이 우수한 친환경 기능성 난연 복합사로서, 촉감이 우수하여 자동차 시트커버용 직물로서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있다.
