The present invention relates to a vehicle, a ground power supplying apparatus, and a noncontact power supplying system. When a speed of the vehicle becomes fast, delay of communications in wireless transmission cannot be ignored. So, an existing ground power supplying apparatus has a problem of delaying control of power supply. According to the present invention, the ground power supplying apparatus solves the problem of the existing ground power supplying apparatus. The vehicle (3) receiving electricity without contact from the ground power supplying apparatus (2) includes: a first communication device (71) on a vehicle side directly or indirectly communicating with the ground power supplying apparatus (2) by using wide area radio communications; a second communication device (72) on the vehicle side directly communicating with the ground power supplying apparatus (2) by using narrow area radio communications; and a control device (34) transmitting vehicle information related to vehicle identification information to the first communication device on the vehicle side through the ground power supplying apparatus when receiving the electricity from the ground power supplying apparatus, and transmitting vehicle identification information to the second communication device on the vehicle side through the ground power supplying apparatus after the first communication device on the vehicle side transmits the vehicle information.
