The present invention relates to an autonomous vehicle system or a driver assistance system. According to the present invention, an object in front of a traveling vehicle is detected, and it is determined whether or not a condition for a collision avoidance side surface movement system to operate is met. Further, the direction of side surface movement is determined, and the side surface movement is executed. The autonomous vehicle system of the driver assistance system of the present invention comprises: a plurality of sensors; a processor; and an actuator.

    본 발명은 자율 주행 차량 시스템 또는 운전자 보조 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 주행 중인 차량의 전방에 오브젝트를 검출하고, 충돌 회피 측면 이동 시스템이 동작해야 하는 조건인지 여부를 판단하고, 측면 이동의 방향을 결정하며, 그리고 측면 이동을 실행하는 시스템에 관한 것이다.
