A fuel cell ship capable of reducing a risk derived from fuel is provided. An exemplary fuel cell ship is a fuel cell ship that propels a hull using power supplied from a fuel cell that generates power by an electrochemical reaction of fuel, and has a plurality of compartments including a source of emission of the fuel, wherein the plurality of compartments include: a tank compartment in which a fuel tank containing the fuel is installed; and a fuel cell compartment in which the fuel cell is installed. Each of the tank compartment and the fuel cell compartment is sealed except for a vent for ventilating the inside of the compartment.

[해결 수단] 예시적인 연료 전지선은, 연료의 전기 화학 반응에 의해서 발전을 행하는 연료 전지로부터 공급되는 전력을 사용하여 선체를 추진하는 연료 전지선으로서, 상기 연료의 방출원을 포함하는 복수의 구획을 구비하고, 상기 복수의 구획에는, 상기 연료를 넣는 연료 탱크가 설치되는 탱크 구획과, 상기 연료 전지가 설치되는 연료 전지 구획이 포함된다. 상기 탱크 구획 및 상기 연료 전지 구획은, 각각, 당해 구획의 내부의 환기를 행하는 환기구를 제외하고 밀폐되어 있다.
