The present invention provides an intersection driving control system for a vehicle which allows a vehicle to safely turn and drive at an intersection. According to the present invention, the intersection driving control system for a vehicle comprises: a route calculation part calculating a driving route of a vehicle based on a destination inputted from a driver; a determination part determining whether the vehicle enters an intersection based on the driving route calculated by the route calculation part; a sensing part sensing the location of an external obstacle adjacent to the driving route through an external sensor provided on the vehicle when the vehicle is determined to enter the intersection by the determination part; a receiving part receiving location information of an external vehicle adjacent to the driving route or signal information of the intersection through V2X when the vehicle is determined to enter the intersection by the determination part; a calculation part calculating drivable space of the vehicle in the driving route of the vehicle based on location information of the external vehicle or signal information received by the receiving part or the location of the external obstacle sensed by the sensing part; and a control part controlling intersection driving of the vehicle based on the driving route calculated by the route calculation part, the signal information of the intersection received by the receiving part, and the drivable space calculated by the calculation part.

    본 발명에 따르면 운전자로부터 입력받은 목적지를 기반으로 차량의 주행 경로를 산출하는 경로산출부; 경로산출부에서 산출된 주행 경로를 기반으로 차량이 교차로에 진입하는지 여부를 판단하는 판단부; 판단부에서 차량이 교차로에 진입하는 것으로 판단시 차량에 마련된 외부센서를 통해 주행 경로에 인접한 외부장애물의 위치를 감지하는 감지부; 판단부에서 차량이 교차로에 진입하는 것으로 판단시 V2X를 통해 교차로의 신호정보 또는 주행 경로에 인접한 외부차량의 위치정보를 수신하는 수신부; 감지부에서 감지한 외부장애물의 위치 또는 수신부에서 수신한 신호정보 또는 외부차량의 위치정보를 기반으로 차량의 주행 경로에서 차량의 주행가능공간을 산출하는 산출부; 및 경로산출부에서 산출된 주행 경로, 수신부에서 수신한 교차로의 신호정보 및 산출부에서 산출된 주행가능공간을 기반으로 차량의 교차로 주행을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 차량의 교차로 주행 제어 시스템이 소개된다.
