The present invention relates to a smart reserved charging system for an electric vehicle in an apartment house. According to the present invention, electric vehicle smart charging is reserved in the early morning hours when electricity consumption is low, and the charging is performed at the scheduled time, thereby suppressing increase in the maximum demand power for charging of the peak power due to electric vehicle charging and distributing a charging load. A smart charger of the present invention performs user authentication for reserved charging, reserved charging confirmation, and charging at the scheduled time. In addition, when using reserved charging, the smart charger performs a function of authenticating a reserved charging user through communication with a smartphone app, and notifies an operating server that the reservation is confirmed by connecting a connector of a charging cable to a power socket when making a reservation. Moreover, when the smart charging reservation time for an electric vehicle arrives, the smart charger receives a command from the operation server and performs a charging function for the electric vehicle through the power socket.

    본 발명은 공동주택에서 전기자동차 스마트 예약 충전시스템에 관한 것으로, 전기자동차 스마트 충전을 전기사용이 적은 새벽시간대로 예약하여 예약된 시간에 충전이 수행되도록 함으로써 전기자동차 충전으로 인한 피크 전력의 충전 최대수요전력 상승 억제 및 충전 부하 분산을 이루도록 한 것이다. 본 발명의 스마트 충전기는 예약 충전 이용자 인증, 예약 충전 확인, 예약된 시간에 충전을 실행하는 것으로, 예약 충전 이용 시 스마트폰 앱과의 통신으로 예약 충전 이용자 인증의 기능을 수행하고, 예약시 전원 소켓에 충전 케이블의 커넥터 체결로 예약 확정임을 운영 서버에 통보하며, 전기자동차의 스마트 충전 예약 시간이 되면 운영서버의 명령을 받아 전원 소켓을 통하여 전기자동차에 충전기능을 수행하도록 구성된다.
